| Production Technique: |
Half of the grapes are harvested at 34 brix with controlled botrytis and the other half with higher sugar concentration. Aged 2 years in stainless steel tanks. |

Color: Brilliant. Golden yellow with amber tones.
Bouquet: Ripe fruit, papaya, peach, hints of honey.
Taste: Soft and fruity with honey pervading through the finish. Lightly sweet and palate cleansing.
Alcohol Content: 11.5%
