White Sangria
Made with Sunrise Chardonnay

1 small lemon, thinly sliced
1 small orange, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 peach, peeled, thinly sliced
1 small apple, thinly sliced
1 L bottle seltzer
1/4 cup peach schnapps
1 (750 ml) bottle Sunrise Chardonnay

Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher. Stir the sangria until the sugar is dissolved. Chill for 2 hours. Strain the sangria into wine glasses. Garnish with apple slice.
