Official Rules

Eligibility. No purchase is necessary to enter or claim prize. Purchase of product will not improve chances of winning. Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents who are at least 21 years of age, except for residents of California and Utah and employees of Excelsior Wine and Spirits ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, suppliers and agencies, liquor and wine wholesalers and retailers and employees thereof, and any federal, or state liquor authority, or other alcohol beverage licensee, as well as the immediate family members of and individuals residing in the same household as such persons. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.

How to enter. Sweepstakes begins February 1, 2007 at 12:01 a.m. (EST) and ends July 31, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. (EST). To enter, pick up an official entry form at participating retailers or hand print your name, complete address, age, telephone number and email address (if any) on a 3" by 5" card and mail it to Concha y Toro "Unlock the Legend" P.O. Box 3147, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-3147. You may enter online by personally visiting http://www.conchaytorousa.com and completing the online entry form at that site. Tennessee residents are prohibited from entering online and must use an official entry form or handwritten entry as described above. All Sweepstakes entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2007 and received by August 7, 2007 by 11:59 p.m. (EST). Online entries must be time-stamped by July 31st, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. (EST). In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the email account. Only one entry per person/email address per day regardless of the method of entry; entries with duplicate email addresses or multiple entries using different email addresses for a single individual will be disqualified. All entries become the sole property of the sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

Prize. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) trip to Chile. Prize includes round-trip air transportation for two (2) persons from the major airport nearest the winner's home, six (6) nights accommodations for two (2) (double occupancy), with two (2) days in and around Santiago, including a visit to the Concha y Toro estates for a wine seminar and a trip to the Cellar of the Devil and four (4) days in either the lake district or on the seaside of Chile. Ground transportation to and from the airport, to the Concha y Toro vineyards, and to the additional choice destination will be provided. In addition, winner will receive a cashier's check in the amount of $1,000 for spending money. In lieu of the above-mentioned trip, winners may request to receive the cash equivalent of the trip as determined by the Sponsor. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Selection of winner. The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted on or about September 1, 2007 by an independent judging organization whose decision are final and binding. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by mail or telephone within seven (7) days of the drawing date. The Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within fourteen (14) days of notification prior to prize being awarded. In the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any and all prizes constitutes consent by the winner to use of his/her name, voice, picture, likeness and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes without any additional compensation.

Release of liability. By participating, all entrants release Excelsior Wine and Spirits, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, and agents, including advertising agencies, from any and all injury, loss, or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the sweepstakes and/or acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize. In addition, all entrants release Excelsior Wine and Spirits and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, and agents, including advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes from any such liability and agree that these entities are in no manner responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or prize.

Additional Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, for any human error, or entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmission, lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect; or (b) inability to access the www.conchaytorousa.com website or any other error or malfunction which may occur, including any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes; or (c) inability of entrants to successfully remove any cork (sweepstakes piece) from a wine bottle or any damage or error which may result from a broken or mutilated cork, including any injury or damage to you or another person which may result from the removal of a cork (sweepstakes piece) related to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes. Entries that are facsimiles, photocopies, mechanical reproductions, mutilated, undelivered, incomplete, illegible or determined to have been submitted by anyone other than the individual entrant will not be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel this sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures comprise the integrity of the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to clarify errors which result from the printing of these rules and regulations. By participating in this sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in matters relating to the sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the sweepstakes.

Winners List. For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (residents of Vermont may omit return postage) to: Concha y Toro "Unlock the Legend Winner's List" P.O.
