Official Rules

Eligibility. No purchase necessary to enter or claim prize. Purchase of product will not improve chances of winning. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry, except for residents of CA and UT and employees of Banfi Vintners, Villadco, Inc.,Empire Comfort Systems Inc, Maple Grove Farms of Vermont, Royal Imports, Excelsior Wines and Spirits, andtheir affiliates hereafter “Sponsor”, suppliers and agencies, alcohol beverage licensees, as well as the immediate family members of, and individuals residing in the same household as, such persons. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.

How to Enter. Sweepstakes begins May 15, 2006 at 12:01 a.m. (EST) and ends September 15, 2006 at 11:59 p.m. (EST). To enter, pick up an official entry form at participating retailers or hand print your name, complete address, age, telephone number and email address (if any) on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: “Concha y Toro Awesome Broilmaster Grill Sweepstakes," P.O. Box 3114, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-3114. You may enter online by personally visiting: www.conchaytorousa.com and completing the online entry form at that site. Tennessee residents are prohibited from entering online and must use an official entry form or handwritten entry as described above. All Sweepstakes entries must be postmarked on or by September 15, 2006 and received by September 30, 2006 by 11:59 p.m. (EST). Online entries must be time-stamped by September 15, 2006 at 11:59 p.m. (EST). In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the email account. Only one entry per person/email address per day regardless of the method of entry; entries with duplicate email addresses or multiple entries using different email addresses for a single individual will be disqualified. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

Prizes. One (1) Grand Prize: A Broilmaster Super Premium P3S Model Grill on Stainless Steel Cart, (AVR $1,968), One (1) First Prize: A Broilmaster Premium P3BL Model Grill on Steel Cart, (ARV $1,459), Second Prize: One (1) A Broilmaster Deluxe D4BL Model Grill on Steel Cart, (ARV $918). All federal, state and local taxes on each prize are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Prize is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Selection of Winners. The Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted on or about October 20, 2006 by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding. All Prize winners will be notified by mail or telephone within seven (7) days of the drawing date. Each Prize winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within fourteen (14) days of notification prior to prize being awarded. In the event of non-compliance by any Prize winner with any of these requirements, thatPrize winner will be disqualified and an alternate Prize winner will be selected. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any and all prizes constitutes consent by the winner to use of his/her name, voice, picture, likeness and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Release of Liability. By participating, all entrants release and discharge Banfi Vintners, Empire Comfort Systems Inc, Maple Grove Farms of Vermont and Royal Imports, Villadco, Inc., Excelsior Wine and Spirits and their affiliates, partners, employees, directors and agents, including advertising agencies, from any and all liability, including without limitation property damage, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or his/her acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants further release the Sponsors and all related employees and entities from any claims of warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law relating to the promotion or prize.

Additional Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for (a) telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry or sweepstakes information, for any human error, or entries that are stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, delayed by computer transmission, lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect and all such entries are void; and (b) inability to access the http://www.conchaytorousa.com website or any other error or malfunction which may occur, including any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Entries that are facsimiles, photocopies, mechanical reproductions, mutilated, incomplete, illegible or determined to have been submitted electronically by anyone other than the individual entrant will not be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel this Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures comprise the integrity of the Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and its independent judging organization, which are final and binding in matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from this Sweepstakes. Entries in excess of the daily limitation will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to clarify errors, which result from the printing of these rules and regulations.

Winners List/Official Rules. For the name of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (residents of VT may omit return postage) to: “Concha y Toro Awesome Broilmaster Grill Sweepstakes," Winners List P.O. Box 8074W, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-8074. Requests must be postmarked by November 20, 2006 and received by December 9, 2006.
